Text therapy provides a private, flexible, and comfortable space for individuals who may find it easier to open up through written communication rather than face-to-face or video sessions. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, peer relationships, identity, or emotional overwhelm, this service allows you to connect with a me in a way that fits your lifestyle and comfort level.

Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA- and PHIPA-compliant platform, with real-time, therapeutic chat during scheduled sessions.
